High PH Presoaks & Prep-Gun Detergents
Alkaline Detergent Concentrate - "MC-560"
Description:
MC-560 is a heavy duty alkaline car wash detergent. It can be used as a self serve prep detergent, a stand alone detergent, or as a high pH second step in touchless automatic car wash systems.
MC-560 penetrates and removes road film, bugs, and greasy soils. It rinses easily and leaves the surfaces clean and shiny. It leaves the glass perfectly clean and even removes the stubborn dirty eyebrows on the windshield.
Application:
MC-560 is a concentrate sold in 15 gal/55 gal drums. Recommended dilutions should be between 45:1-90:1. Final dilutions will be determined based on application methods and soil conditions.
Alkaline Detergent (2-part kit) - "Grime Reaper"
Description:
Grime Reaper is a heavy duty alkaline car wash detergent kit. It can be used as a self serve prep detergent, an effective single pass detergent or as a high pH second step in touch-less automatic car wash systems. Grime Reaper penetrates and removes road film, bugs, and greasy soils. It rinses easily and leaves the surfaces clean and shiny. It leaves the glass perfectly clean and even removes the stubborn dirty eyebrows on the windshield.
This product should not be used on polished aluminum.
Application:
Grime Reaper is a 2-part kit that when blended, makes up to 55 gallons of concentrate. First add the clear liquid component to 50 gallons of soft water and agitate for 2 minutes. Next, add the purple liquid component and agitate for 2 minutes. Ensure mixture is filled to 55 Gallons and perform final agitation to ensure a homogenous mixture. This formula will go into solution quickly with minimal agitation. Final dilutions will be determined based on application methods and soil conditions.

Description:
REFLEX-CW is a heavy duty alkaline car wash detergent. It can be used as a self serve prep detergent, a stand alone detergent or as a high pH second step in touchless automatic car wash systems.
REFLEX-CW penetrates and removes road film, bugs, and greasy soils. It rinses easily and leaves the surfaces clean and shiny. It leaves the glass perfectly clean and even removes the stubborn dirty eyebrows on the windshield.
Application:
REFLEX-CW is a 2-part kit when blended makes up to 55 gallons of concentrate. First add the powder component to 50 gallons of soft water and agitate for 2 minutes. Next, add the liquid component and agitate for 2 minutes. Top mixture off to 55 gallons. Perform final agitation to ensure a homogenous mixture. This formula will go into solution quickly with minimal agitation. Final dilutions will be determined based on application methods and soil conditions.
Low PH Presoaks & Detergents
Low pH Car Wash Detergent - "MC-77"
Description:
MC-77 is a concentrated high foaming low pH detergent developed for all automatic car wash applications. It is formulated as the first step in a two step cleaning process. MC-77 working with high pH detergents such as MC- 560 or Reflex-CW, will leave the car finish cleaner and help eliminate the windshield eyebrow appearance. MC-77 is a light blue liquid.
Application:
MC-77 should be used in an automatic car wash system which have multiple chemical stations. Recommended dilution 75-150:1 under normal conditions.
Low pH Lubricating Foam - "Triple 7”
Description:
Triple “7” is a low pH detergent formulated to clean with added lubricity in friction wash systems. Triple “7” aids in the removal of stubborn road film and oxidation from vehicle surfaces. Triple “7” can also be used in a low pH foam brush application.
Application:
Triple “7” is safe to use on all metal and painted surfaces. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 300:1 depending on soils, water quality, agitation method, and lubrication requirements. It can also be used in a foam brush system.
Foaming & Lubricating Detergents
Lubricating Foam - "MC-33"
Description:
MC-33 is a neutral pH detergent formulated with a proprietary blend of surfactants to gently clean vehicles while providing a high amount of lubricity to soft touch car wash systems . MC-33 is also an excellent choice for self serve foam brush application and brush systems.
Application:
MC-33 is safe to use on all metal and painted surfaces. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 300:1 depending on soils, water quality, agitation method, and lubrication needs. It can also be used in a foam brush system.
High Pressure Concentrate - "Vanilla Shake"
Description:
Vanilla Shake a phosphate-free neutral pH high pressure detergent concentrate. It combines high suds, detergency and fragrance appeal for superior and economical cleaning.
Vanilla Shake is a neutral pH detergent formulated with a proprietary blend of surfactants to gently clean vehicles. It is an excellent choice for self serve high pressure washing applications. Vanilla Shake is a tan liquid with a unique vanilla fragrance.
Application:
Vanilla Shake is safe to use on all metal and painted surfaces. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 600:1 depending on soils, water quality and agitation method. It can also be used in a foam brush system. This product should only be used with soft water.
High Foaming Liquid Concentrate - "MC-30 FB"
Description:
MC-30 FB is a neutral pH detergent formulated with a proprietary blend of high performance surfactants to gently clean vehicles. MC-30 FB is an excellent choice for self serve foam brush application and brush systems. MC-30 FB is a pink liquid with a sweet fragrance.
Application:
MC-30 FB is safe to use on all metal and painted surfaces. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 300:1 depending on soils, water quality and agitation method. It can also be used in a foam brush system.
Tri-foam Conditioners & Protectants
Triple Foam Clear Conditioner - "MC-425"
Description:
MC-425 is a super foaming formula providing vehicle surface conditioning, and easy rinsing. It is sweetly scented and available in three vibrant colors: Red, Blue, and Yellow, to enhance the overall customer car wash experience.
Application:
MC-425 should be applied through a foaming arch systems. It can also be used in foam brush applications. It is diluted 1:175 to 250.
Triple Foam Clear Coat Protectant - "MC-420"
Description:
MC-420 is a super foaming polymer fortified formula providing clear coat protection. It is scented and available in 3 bright colors red, blue, and yellow.
Application:
MC-420 protects finished surfaces by providing an excellent water repelling finish. It allows for easy spot free blow off. MC-420 should be applied through a foaming arch systems on automatic car wash systems. It is diluted 1:175 to 250.
Drying Agents/Clear Coat Protectants
Spray-On Rinse Agent - "MC-405"
Description:
MC-405 is a spray-on rinse agent providing excellent sheeting action. It is formulated with petroleum distillates and emulsifiers. MC-405 is a pink liquid with a pleasant cherry scent.
Application:
MC-405 protects finished surfaces by providing an excellent repelling finish. It allows for easy spot free blow off. MC-405 can be applied through an up or down stream injection system. It is diluted 1:500 when applied through a touchless arch system or 1:600 using a self serve wand.
Drying Agent - "MC-406"
Lemon Fresh Drying Agent
Description:
MC-406 with Lemon fragrance is a concentrated drying agent for all car washes providing excellent sheeting action. It is formulated with petroleum distillates and emulsifiers to reduce drying time.
Application:
MC-406 is used as a final treatment of the cars surface just prior to the last rinse. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 500:1.
Clear Coat Protectant - "MC-407"
Description:
MC-407 is a concentrated protective vehicle sealant. This scientific formula bonds to the vehicle and delivers a fast breaking action that leaves a brilliant shine. Provides excellent gloss, long term protection, and can be used in all car wash systems.
Application:
MC-407 is used as a final treatment of the cars surface just prior to the last rinse. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 200:1.
Vehicle Surface Protectant - "MC-RX"
Description:
MC-RX is a new spray-on polymer compound providing excellent glass and paint protection. It is formulated with latest polymer technology to provide shine, protect surfaces and provide long lasting rain and snow repellency. It is a superior drying agent as it forms large water droplets for easy spot free blow off. MC-RX is a orange liquid with a variety of pleasant scents.
Application:
MC-RX can be applied through an up or down stream injection system. It can be used in most automatic car wash systems. It can be diluted 1:240 when applied through a touchless arch system or 1:300 using a self serve wand.
Specialty Products
Bug Remover - "BLAST OFF"
Description:
BLAST OFF is a concentrated bug remover and carwash presoak that utilizes a proprietary blend of solvents and specialized surfactants to quickly remove stubborn bug blemishes as well as road film; leaving the vehicle free from residual defect.
Application:
BLAST OFF should be applied through a Hydrominder at a dilution of 17:1 to 48:1. It can be applied with a hand sprayer.
Water-Based Tire Dressing - "Tire Shine"
Description:
Tire Shine is concentrated water based tire dressing. Tire Shine is formulated to leave tires glossy but not oily. Restores shine of faded tires.
Application:
Can be hand applied or used through a tire dressing applicator
