Brown Bullet was formulated with the professional mobile washer in mind. Brown Bullet performs exceptionally well when utilized as the 2nd step of a 2-step process when paired with Pro-Bright.

This product should not be used on polished aluminum.

Application:

When using Brown Bullet mixed to 55 Gal, apply at a dilution 1:20-1:40. Allow for approximately 30 seconds of dwell time prior to rinsing.

Brown Bullet is a recommended high alkaline detergent when utilizing the ATAC mobile wash system.

Final dilutions will be based on soil and water conditions.

PRO-BRIGHT is a highly concentrated Hydrofluoric acid based aluminum cleaner and brightener. PRO-BRIGHT is formulated to clean aluminum, leaving the surface a natural aluminum color.

Caution: This product is not to be used on polished or brushed aluminum surfaces. If used on a painted surface, apply PRO-BRIGHT to an inconspicuous area to insure no discoloration occurs.

Application:

When PRO-BRIGHT is used as the first step in a 2-step truck washing process, it should be used in conjunction with an alkaline cleaner such as PRO-CLEAN. PRO-BRIGHT helps prepares the surface for complete road film and diesel soot removal without brushing. It should be applied through either an up-stream or downstream chemical injection system. When using Pro-Bright to clean and brighten aluminum, dilute 5 gallons into 50 gallons of water. Further dilution of this product will be required. How much will depend on soils and surface conditions. When using in a 2-step process, dilute 2.5 gallons into 50 gallons of water and apply 10 – 20:1.

Application:

PRO-CLEAN are a 2 part kit when blended makes up to 55 gallons of concentrate. First add the powder component to 50 gal of soft water and agitate for 2 minutes. Next add the liquid component and agitate for 2 minutes. Top mixture off to 55 gallons. Perform final agitation to ensure a homogenous mixture. This formula will go into solution quickly with minimal agitation.

Final dilutions will be determined based on application methods and soil conditions.

Application:

Diamond-Cutter can be dissolved in water up to a ratio of 1 lb Diamond-Cutter to 1 gallon of water. It should be applied at a final dilution rate of approximately 10:1 to 15:1 depending on soils and water quality. It can be applied through either an upstream or downstream chemical injection system. Diamond-Cutter works well with either hot or cold water. It is safe to use on all mirrored metal and painted surfaces.

Application:

Northern Lights should be applied at the rate of 1 part Northern Lights to 25-80 parts water depending on water and soil conditions. When used as a degreaser and bug remover dilute 5 to 1. Always rinse thoroughly from the top down. Never allow this chemical to dry on the surface.

When using MC-Thunder as a standalone presoak it should be applied using low pressure, diluted 1:25 and let set for 30 seconds. To obtain the best performance and customer satisfaction, elevate the presoak solution temperature to 120° F. using soft water.

MC-200 is SAFE to use on polished aluminum!

Application:

Quick n Clean is a 2 part kit when blended makes up to 45 gallons of concentrate. Add the powder component to 42 gal of soft water and agitate for 2 minutes. Before opening, vigorously shake the liquid component, and then add it to the concentrate. Rinse the jug with water, and add it to the concentrate, then agitate for 2 minutes. Top mixture off to 45 gallons. This formula will go into solution quickly without continual agitation. Final dilutions will be determined based on application methods and soil conditions.

Description:

Aluma Bright is a highly concentrated acidic cleaner and brightener for aluminum. Aluma Bright is formulated with a superior blend of hydrofluoric, sulfuric, and phos­phoric acids. Aluma Bright is a bluish green liquid with a strong acidic odor.

Application:

WARNING: This product should be used only by properly trained individuals wearing protective equipment.

Aluma Bright will clean and degrease aluminum surfaces removing all oxidation leaving the surface bright and shiny without streaking or blackening. It is used to clean trailers, flatbeds, aluminum equipment. Aluma Bright should be applied with an acid pump or a downstream injector only. It should be applied to aluminum surfaces at a dilution rate of 50 parts water to 1 part Aluma Bright. Aluma Bright is an excellent stainless steel cleaner when diluted 150 parts water to 1 part Aluma Bright.

NOTE: This product should not be used on highly polished aluminum surfaces.

TRU-SHINE is a low pH citric acid detergent solution used to clean aluminum and painted surfaces without discoloring the factory finishes. It will remove dirt, oils, and road salts. TRU-SHINE is very effective at whitening the painted panels on semi trailers. Regular applications of TRU-SHINE will help maintain the original factory finish and look on grills, tanks and wheels. It will help reduce the visual effects of salt spot blemishes.

Application:

TRU-SHINE may be applied through a pressure washer at a dilution rate of 20 parts water to 1 part TRU-SHINE. It can be diluted 10:1 and applied using a pump up hand help sprayer. For best results it should be applied after being diluted 10:1 using a brush.

Description:

STA-BRITE is a low pH detergent used to clean polished and extruded aluminum surfaces without discoloring the factory-made finish. It will remove dirt, oils, road salts and crude oil residue. Continued applications of STA-BRITE on aluminum surfaces will not dull polished finish and will help renew dirty aluminum surfaces to its factory luster. It has been shown to reduce the visual effects of salt spot blemishes and removal of oily grime from aluminum tankers/rails. STA-BRITE is a lightly acidic liquid with a mild scent that will not whiten aluminum.

Application:

STA-BRITE is effective at several dilutions. For light duty cleaning and maintenance apply at 20:1. For heavy duty cleaning with pressure apply at 15:1. For heavy duty use with a foam or pump up sprayer apply at 10:1.

Description:

MC 710 is a specially formulated low pH detergent designed to remove dried on concrete from vehicles and equipment.

MC-710 has been fortified with specific wetting agents to allow for a longer dwell time, providing optimal activation before rinsing, increasing effectiveness and resulting in desired cleaning with fewer applications. The highly concentrated formula is extremely economical. MC-710 is environmentally friendly, containing readily biodegradable ingredients, rust inhibitors and no phosphates.

Application:

MC-710 quickly and efficiently dissolves concrete residue on vehicles/steel forms/equipment. Concentrated formula makes MC-710 a very economical product without sacrificing performance. Safe on plastics/rubber/iron/steel. MC-710 Minimizes labor costs while improving company efficiency and extending the life of vehicles and equipment. MC-710 may be used undiluted or dilute up to 1:5 with water and apply with a pump or foam. Let foam solution dwell till neutralized and reapply if needed. Agitate with a brush if needed, then rinse.

It has been developed for use as the (1st step) in Two Step pressure washing pressure washing equipment systems. If used on a painted surface, apply MC-1 to an inconspicuous area to insure no discoloration occurs. Precaution should be taken to prevent contact with window glass as MC-1 may etch the glass and mirrors.

MC-RX is a new spray-on polymer compound providing excellent glass and paint protection. It is formulated with latest polymer technology to provide shine, protect surfaces and provide long lasting rain and snow repellency. It is a superior drying agent as it forms large water droplets for easy spot free blow off. MC-RX is a orange liquid with a variety of pleasant scents.

Application:

MC-RX can be applied through an up or down stream injection system. It can be used in most automatic car wash systems. It can be diluted 1:240 when applied through a touchless arch system or 1:300 using a self serve wand.

MC-405 is a spray-on rinse agent providing excellent sheeting action. It is formulated with petroleum distillates and emulsifiers. MC-405 is a pink liquid with a pleasant cherry scent.

Application:

MC-405 protects finished surfaces by providing an excellent repelling finish. It allows for easy spot free blow off. MC-405 can be applied through an up or down stream injection system. It is diluted 1:500 when applied through a touchless arch system or 1:600 using a self serve wand.

MC-407 is a concentrated protective vehicle sealant. This scientific formula bonds to the vehicle and delivers a fast breaking action that leaves a brilliant shine. Provides excellent gloss, long term protection, and can be used in all car wash systems.

Application:

MC-407 is used as a final treatment of the cars surface just prior to the last rinse. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 200:1.

Description:

MC-30 is a mild pH detergent formulated with a proprietary blend of surfactants to gently clean vehicles. MC-30 is an excellent choice for mitt washing or soft cloth and brush systems. MC-30 is a clear liquid with a mild odor.

Application:

MC-30 is safe to use on all metal and painted surfaces. It can be applied at a dilution rate of up to 300:1 depending on soils,water quality and agitation method. It can also be used in a foam brush system.

Description:

Tire Shine is concentrated water based tire dressing. Tire Shine is formulated to leave tires glossy but not oily. Restores shine of faded tires.

Application:

Can be hand applied or used through a tire dressing applicator.
