Application:
MC-54 is highly effective at removing oils, grease and soot. It can be applied using an up or down stream injection system. It can also be diluted and applied with a low pressure misting system.

MC-206

Description:
MC-206 is a concentrated moderately foaming alkaline detergent developed for general cleaning and degreasing. It is an exceptional formulation for emulsifying crude and paraffin oils on oil field rigs and transportation vehicles. It is formulated with alkaline builders, emulsifying agents, biodegradable surfactants and solvents.
Application:
MC-206 at proper dilutions is effective on removing oils, grease, soot and soils. It can be applied using an up or down stream injection system. It can also be diluted and applied with a low pressure misting system.
Recommended Dilutions:
General High Pressure Cleaning – 1:20
General Degreasing – 1:10
Heavy Degreasing – 5:1

High Alkaline Degreaser
MC-50
High Alkaline Degreaser
Description:
MC-50 is a sodium hydroxide – butyl compound for use in hard surface cleaning and degreasing applications. It is formulated to emulsify and remove oil, grease, soot and road grime. MC-50 is a low foaming brown liquid with a slight butyl odor.
REFLEX-CW penetrates and removes road film, bugs, and greasy soils. It rinses easily and leaves the surfaces clean and shiny. It leaves the glass perfectly clean and even removes the stubborn dirty eyebrows on the windshield.
Application:
MC-50 can be applied through a downstream injection system. For best results it should be applied using a low pressure pump or diluting it and applying it with a brush. For light degreasing a 20:1 dilution is recommended. For difficult degreasing 10:1 dilution is recommended. Care must be used with using MC-50. As with any alkaline-butyl degreaser it is possible to dull painted surfaces and dull polished aluminum. Always pretest this product in an inconspicuous area before use.

Description:
MC-205 is a powerful asphalt remover with a low evaporation rate and a high flash point. MC-205 quickly and easily dissolves and removes fresh and dried crude oil, tar, tack, liquid asphalt, petroleum, etc. from vehicles, equipments and tools. It is formulated with petroleum distillates, emulsifying agents, and biodegradable surfactants.
Application:
MC-205 is highly effective on removing oils, tar, grease, and can be applied using a mister/pump up sprayer. It can also be diluted in MC-206 detergent/degreaser and applied through a pressure washer.

Alkaline Metal Cleaner
Description:
MC-52 is a Potassium hydroxide – butyl compound for Cleaning / degreasing ferrous metals in a multi stage metal pretreatment process. It is formulated to emulsify and remove oil, grease and other contaminants.
Application:
MC-52 can be applied through spray arches, dip tank immersion, misting pumps or through a power washer.
Final dilutions will be determined based on application methods and cleaning conditions.
Iron Cleaner & Phosphatizer
MC-12

Description:
MC-12 is an acid based metal cleaner and phosphatizer specifically formulated for ferrous metals. This product will help remove soils, rust, and oils from metal surfaces and add a phosphate coating to help protect the surface and aid in paint adhesion.
Application:
MC-12 may be applied through a pressure washer at a dilution rated of 20-40 parts water to 1 part MC-12. It can be diluted 40-60:1 when used in a dip tank process. The performance of this product is improved by elevating the solution temperature in the range of 90°F and 160° F.

Description:
MC-55 is a concentrated alkaline cleaning solution developed for automatic parts cleaners. It is formulated with alkaline builders, emulsifying agents and low foaming biodegradable surfactants for long lasting degreasing properties. MC-55 is a clear liquid with a pleasant smell.
Application:
MC-55 is highly effective on removing dirt, oils and grease. When initially charging the automatic parts cleaner, add 1 gallon of MC-55 for each 10 gallons of water. The cleaning solution can be recharged by adding more MC-55 as needed.

Description:
MC-100 is a spray-on or brush on compound which removes rust film due to road deicing agents. MC-100 is not an acid. MC-100 is a white powder with a strong sulfur smell in the presence of moisture.
Application:
MC-100 should be diluted in water 1 part MC-100 to 10 parts water. It can then be injected through a power washer or applied using a brush after surface has been cleaned with a detergent such as MC-200 or MC-Thunder. Insure there is proper ventilation and fresh air when applying this product.

Description:
MC 710 is a specially formulated low PH detergent designed to remove dried on concrete from vehicles and equipment.
MC-710 has been fortified with specific wetting agents to allow for a longer dwell time, providing optimal activation before rinsing, increasing effectiveness and resulting in desired cleaning with fewer applications. The highly concentrated formula is extremely economical. MC-710 is environmentally friendly, containing readily biodegradable ingredients, rust inhibitors and no phosphates.
Application:
MC-710 quickly and efficiently dissolves concrete residue on vehicles/steel forms/equipment. Concentrated formula makes MC-710 a very economical product without sacrificing performance. Safe on plastics/rubber/iron/steel. MC-710 Minimizes labor costs while improving company efficiency and extending the life of vehicles and equipment. MC-710 may be used undiluted or dilute up to 1:5 with water and apply with a pump or foam. Let foam solution dwell till neutralized and reapply if needed. Agitate with a brush if needed, then rinse.

MC-9 is an alkaline cleaner formulated with alkaline builders, water softening agents, rinse agents, and biodegradable surfactants. MC-9 is a light green liquid with a mild odor.
Application:
MC-9 is an excellent vehicle wash, light degreaser, aircraft cleaner, animal confinement building cleaner. It is safe to use on all mirrored metal and painted surfaces. It should be applied at a dilution rate of 20:1 to 40:1 depending on soils and water quality. It should be applied through either an upstream or downstream chemical injection system. MC-9 works well with either hot or cold water.

Description:
MC-303 is a Heavy Duty Alkaline Laundry Detergent. MC-303 is formulated to clean soiled and greasy oil field coveralls and clothing. It is still gentle enough to use for institutional washing and home use. MC-303 contains biodegradable surfactants, alkaline builders, and optical brightener.
This product should not be used with assonated water systems.
Application:
MC-303 should be added to wash cycle at a rate of 375 ml per 50 lbs (2.5 ounces in 10) of clothes. It can be diluted less depending on soil conditions.
